A man in a wheelchair argued with a young man in the Buenos Aires town of Moreno , pulled out a firearm and killed him , then escaped with the help of friends, although everything was recorded by a security camera, judicial sources reported.

It all happened in the La Perla neighborhood this Sunday before 6 in the morning when on La Plata and Evaristo Carriego streets a young man wearing an Argentine national team shirt got out of a red car and began chatting with a group of people, after greeting one of them with a kiss.

Apparently there was an argument and a man who was in a wheelchair pulled out a firearm and shot the man wearing the national team jersey, who fell to the ground.

The fatal victim was identified as Brian Agustín Cabrera, 28, and the killer had not been located at the time of writing.

The wheelchair-bound killer remains at large.

Police officers already know who the shooter is and are searching intensively for him. The man was involved in a motorcycle accident last July and suffered a fractured femur.

In a raid, the accused's brother, a minor of 16 years of age, was arrested, and the Juvenile Criminal Responsibility Prosecutor's Office No. 6 of the Moreno – General Rodríguez judicial department intervened in the case.

Detectives are trying to determine the motive for the crime, which for now remains a mystery.
