Rosja.
For context what happened obviously is that the tanker being welded on wasn't cleaned properly before being welded and being that we work in the oilfield the fluids were haul often contain hydrogen sulfide, crude oil, natural gas, etc. The tank needed to be completely washed out and vented continuously before welding operations could commence but that didn't happen. The resulting explosion yielded no casualties, the damage caused was a 300sq ft hole blown through the roof, absolutely mangled the garage door, and complete loss of the tanker. My buddy was right down the road from the incident and said it sounded like a bomb went off and it sent everyone running in every direction for cover. Honestly have no idea how someone didn't get killed or severely injured it's basically nothing short of a miracle.
